Dear Parents & Carers, How time flies when you’re having fun! (or battling the summer holiday kid marathon!)
However you spent the last weeks we hope you all had a good time and feel ready for the start of term tomorrow. Good luck to everyone on the first mornings back, especially any whose children are feeling anxious about getting back into the more structured routine.
For anyone who still needs to get labels for clothing/personal belongings, the PCSA partnered with the Stikins Name Labels so the school will receive 30% commission on all label orders when you quote our fundraising number 11019 at www.stikins.co.uk
The committee have all had a break and we’re now feeling excited about the year ahead. We’ve got a new event to announce so keep an eye out for our list of dates for the year which will be in book bags within the next couple of weeks.
To start off the year we will be doing a ‘Holiday Change’ collection on Thursday and Friday this week. Bring any left over change you might have found in your pocket on return from holiday. We’ll take it and get it exchanged into a donation to the PCSA. Anything from 10c to 10€, and any currency. Pop it in the buckets at drop off.
We have also signed up for ASDAs ‘Cashpot for Schools’. Between 2nd September and 30th November 2024, every time customers shop with Asda using their Rewards app, they can choose a primary school to receive a percentage of their spend. And that’s not all — every time a customer chooses your primary school, Asda will donate £1 to your school’s Cashpot, plus a further £50 when your first customer shops. Find out more here.
