PCSA helps support ‘Stand up to Cancer’ cake sale

silly hair cakes winner

On Friday 16 October, the PCSA helped sell cakes in order to raise money for Cancer Research. Pupils came to school with ‘Silly hair’ and were a sight for sore eyes with some of the colourful and fancy creations which showed up. The cakes were similarly creative! In particular Lena in Magritte will receive a certificate for her incredible head cake with crazy hair. Not wanting it to be destroyed by selling it by the slice, one happy customer paid a hair-raising £8 for the whole cake. Well done Lena! The cake sale contributed to the overall target total that led to Mrs Trotman having her hair shaved off for the cause.
